The Brief:
Following the success of the Best of NoVA layout, I designed a fall-festival-themed cover. The goal was to stitch together a massive checklist of autumn activities into a single landscape while strategically leaving clean space for the magazine's cover text.

The Concept:
Using a U-shaped composition, the detailed artwork wraps around the bottom and sides of the page, framing the center text. The illustration acts as a sprawling seasonal map, seamlessly guiding the viewer through classic fall traditions like wine stomping, corn mazes, pumpkin picking, and scenic train rides, before shifting into twilight for haunted houses and ghost tours.
